Cancellation Policy

At Flowers by Pouparina we value all our customers and will endeavor to process timely submitted cancellations and issue refund as promptly as possible (subject to a 10% cancellation fee).

However cancellations must be done prior to delivery or pick up, and in all cases within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery or pick up of your order and prior to the start of crafting of arrangement by our experts Floral Designers. If the cancellation is received after the order is processed and arrangement begun, no refund can be issued. 

Prior to a delivery to Hospitals, University Dorms, Hotels or any temporary location, customer must verify the patient/ recipient will be there for the requested delivery time frame. Orders will not be refunded once floral arrangement is done and delivered to the hospital in the case of patient discharge, or recipient leaving a facility. An additional delivery fee must be  pay in order to deliver to new address.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds or cancellations can not be issue once the customer walks out with a Floral arrangement, chocolates and balloons.
